This creamy cilantro chutney sauce is one of my favorites. Made with whole food ingredients its packed with flavor and is incredibly versatile. Cilantro is one of the best herbs for healing and detoxing the food, combined with lemon and garlic to boost immunity and healthy fats like avocado and coconut cream!
For the coconut cream, I use the brand “Arroyo-D” and find online. You can also scoop out the hard part of Thai coconut milk after refrigerating over night.
I use it as dip, a salad dressing and also served warm and cooked like with my Cauliflower Steaks recipe!
You can store it in the fridge in an airtight container to have different meals.
Creamy Vegan Cilantro Chutney Sauce
Delicious creamy dairy free chutney made with fresh cilantro, coconut cream, avocado, limes and spices and chili pepper! The perfect sauce and dip to so many dishes!

Ingredients
- 1 large handful cilantro
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 jalapeño deseed to remove spice
Instructions
- All ingredients into a small blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy with my Cauliflower Steak recipe, with sweet potato fries, rice, on salad and more!
