Equipment

  • personal blender I use a magic bullet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large handful cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 jalapeƱo deseed to remove spice

Instructions
 

  • All ingredients into a small blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy with my Cauliflower Steak recipe, with sweet potato fries, rice, on salad and more!
