Vibrant Mango Lime Chia Seed Overnight Oats (Vegan & Gluten Free Breakfast)

Ingredients
  

Overnight Oat/Chia Seed Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup organic rolled oats gluten free
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Mango Milk:

  • 1/2 mango for milk
  • 1/4 tsp Lime zest
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric

Toppings:

  • 1/2 Mango, diced
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • lime zest

Instructions
 

Make your mango milk:

  • To a personal blender, combine dairy free milk, mango, lime zest and turmeric and blend until very smooth.

Assemble your overnight oats:

  • To your jar, add rolled oats, chia seeds and mango milk and mix until well combined.
  • Topped with diced mango, shredded coconut and lime zest.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least 30 minutes before enjoying!
