Piña Colada Electrolyte Mocktail

Creamy piña colada electrolyte mocktail made with pineapple, coconut, lime, and aloe for hydration and natural electrolytes.

Ingredients

cup
thawed frozen pineapple
½
cup
full-fat coconut milk
½
cup
coconut water
1
cup
filtered water
2
ounces
aloe vera juice
Juice of 1 lime
1
tablespoon
maple syrup or raw honey
1
cup
ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
If you are not using a high-speed blender, strain the drink through a fine-mesh sieve before serving.
Pour over a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a thin slice of fresh lime.
Serve immediately or store in the an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Notes
you can also freeze this into cubes and blend into a delicious frozen dessert!
