plain hummus or bean dip
1-2 hummus variates
roasted garlic, red bell pepper, spicy hummus (I used a Calabrian chili)
olive tapenade or olive hummus
kalamata olives
or marinated Italian olives with herbs
toppings of choice

toasted bread, pita and/or raw veggies for serving
Instructions
Speed hummus onto the board using using a butter knife, about 1 tbsp of hummus at a time and forming a checkered pattern.
Add toppings of choice and serve with toasted bread, pita, or raw veggies on the side.
