1/3-1/2cupmaple syrupdepending on how sweet you like it, I like mine on the tart side
1 1/2cinnamon sticks
1/8tspground cloves
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a pot and cover with an airtight lid and bring to a boil (you’ll hear the cranberries begin to pop) then remove lid and bring down to a simmer.
Stirring occasionally as you go for 20-30 minutes until it cooks down and forms a compote like texture.
Remove cinnamon sticks.
Allow to cool completely to room temperature then chill in the fridge.
Refrigerate overnight or few a few days prior to serving for best results.
Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days. Enjoy!
