Ingredients
Brazilian lemonade

small limes
peeled with a small 1 inch piece of peel reserved

piece fresh ginger
peeled (sub 1/3 tsp powdered or grate it in if not using high speed blender)

full-fat coconut milk

water

maple syrup or raw honey
adjust based on desired sweetness
Dragonfruit layer

cup
frozen dragonfruit

maple syrup for dragonfruit layer

coconut milk for dragonfruit layer

Instructions
Add peeled limes, ginger, coconut milk, water, and maple syrup to a blender.
Blend in a high speed until smooth and creamy.
If not using a high speed blender, you can strain when serving for a smoother texture.
In a separate cup, mash dragonfruit with maple syrup and coconut milk.
Fill a glass jar halfway with ice.
Pour in the Brazilian lemonade mixture about 3/4's of the way.
Top with the dragonfruit mixture.
Stir gently before drinking and enjoy!
Serving & Storage
Serve immediately over ice for the best flavor and texture.
Store leftovers in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
