Crispy Turmeric Potato Chips

Baked turmeric potato chips that are vegan, gluten free and perfectly crispy!

russet potatoes, thinly sliced
I use a mandoline slicer for best results (linked above)

avocado oil
1
tsp
maple syrup
optional
1/2
tsp
turmeric powder
1
tsp
chili powder
1
tsp
garlic powder
1/4
tsp
chili flakes
1/4
tsp
sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Add all ingredient to a large bowl and mix until all potatoes are well coated.
Place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and evenly spread out.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Top with lemon and flakey salt. Enjoy!
