Crispy Turmeric Potato Chips

Baked turmeric potato chips that are vegan, gluten free and perfectly crispy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 small russet potatoes, thinly sliced I use a mandoline slicer for best results (linked above)
  • 3 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Add all ingredient to a large bowl and mix until all potatoes are well coated.
  • Place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and evenly spread out.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Top with lemon and flakey salt. Enjoy!
