Soak a piece of rice paper in a shallow bowl of water for several seconds.
Place it on top of a piece of toasted nori seaweed and use your hands to gently press the rice paper onto the seaweed and flip it over so the rice paper is now touching the plate.
Add in vegan furikake seasoning onto the seaweed. Optional, but recommended.
Soak another piece of rice paper for several seconds and place it onto the seaweed (this should have the seaweed be sandwich in between pieces of rice paper) use you hands to gently press down.
Fold it in half and brush or spray both sides with avocado oil.
Cut into strips with a sharp knife and place pieces into an air fryer, make sure the pieces aren't touching each other and air fry at 400F for 4 minutes or until perfectly crispy. Remove from air fryer onto a plate or cooling wire rack.
Top with seasonings of choice and enjoy!
