Cherry Lime Nature’s Gatorade is a refreshing, mineral-rich drink made with coconut water, cherries, and lime.

- 1 cup dark cherries pitted and halved
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 cup coconut water
- 3 teaspoons maple syrup or raw honey adjust to taste
- ½ inch piece fresh ginger peeled and grated (use a microplane)
- 1 small pinch of pink Himalayan salt optional
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Optional: Lime slice for garnish
In a large measuring glass or bowl, combine the cherries, lime juice, and maple syrup.
Use a potato masher or back of a spoon to mash the cherries and mix everything together.
Grate in the ginger and stir it into the mixture.
Add the coconut water and a pinch of Himalayan salt if using. Mix well.
Fill a separate glass with crushed ice.
Pour the cherry-lime mixture over the ice.
Garnish with a lime slice and enjoy immediately.
