Cherry Cranberry Ginger Smoothie (for hormones & healthy menstrual cycle)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Place the banana, frozen cherries, frozen pineapple, frozen wild blueberries, and fresh ginger into a blender.
  • Add the cranberry juice and coconut water to the blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Pour the smoothie into a glass or jar.
  • Top with granola. Enjoy!
