How to Make a Hummus Board

Equipment

  • 1 serving board
  • butter knife
  • plain hummus or bean dip
  • 1-2 hummus variates roasted garlic, red bell pepper, spicy hummus (I used a Calabrian chili)
  • olive tapenade or olive hummus
  • kalamata olives or marinated Italian olives with herbs
  • toppings of choice see options above
  • toasted bread, pita and/or raw veggies for serving

Instructions

  • Speed hummus onto the board using using a butter knife, about 1 tbsp of hummus at a time and forming a checkered pattern.
  • Add toppings of choice and serve with toasted bread, pita, or raw veggies on the side.
