3-Ingredient Vegan Mango Lassi Popsicles: Refreshing Summer Treats!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 mango, diced sub 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1/3 cup vegan vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a personal blender (I used a magic bullet) and blend until completely smooth.
  • Add to popsicles molds and pop in the freezer for several hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy!
