Cherry Cranberry Ginger Smoothie (for hormones & healthy menstrual cycle)
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Place the banana, frozen cherries, frozen pineapple, frozen wild blueberries, and fresh ginger into a blender.
- Add the cranberry juice and coconut water to the blender.
