This the air fryer I use to make these Crispy Air Fryer Rice Paper Seaweed Snacks!
With the combination of nori, rice paper, avocado oil, and a choice of seasonings, these snacks are not only packed with B12 goodness but also offer a range of essential nutrients! Making nori an incredible superfood!
How to Make these Crispy Seaweed Snacks:
Step 1: Soak a piece of rice paper in water for several seconds.
Step 2: Place it on top of a piece of toasted nori seaweed and use your hands to gently press the rice paper onto the seaweed and flip it over so the rice paper is now touching the plate.
Step 3: Add in vegan furikake seasoning onto the seaweed. Optional, but recommended.
Step 4: Soak another piece of rice paper for several seconds. Then place it onto the seaweed (this should have the seaweed sandwiched in between two pieces of rice paper) use you hands to gently press down.
Step 5: Fold it in half and brush or spray both sides with avocado oil.
Step 6: Cut into strips with a sharp knife. Place pieces into an air fryer. Make sure the pieces aren’t touching each other and air fry at 400F for 4 minutes or until perfectly crispy. Once cooked, top with seasonings (see full recipe below)
This truly make a delicious snack and are so easy to make! I always feel better making 1-2 batches of these in the afternoon. Enjoy!

Crispy Air Fryer Rice Paper Seaweed Snacks: Packed with B12!
Equipment
- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 2 toasted nori seaweed sheets
- 4 rice paper sheets
- 1 tsp vegan furikake
- avocado oil spray or brush avocado oil on
Optional Toppings:
- 1 tsp garlic powder or onion powder
- dusting of cayenne
Instructions
- Soak a piece of rice paper in a shallow bowl of water for several seconds.
- Place it on top of a piece of toasted nori seaweed and use your hands to gently press the rice paper onto the seaweed and flip it over so the rice paper is now touching the plate.
- Add in vegan furikake seasoning onto the seaweed. Optional, but recommended.
- Soak another piece of rice paper for several seconds and place it onto the seaweed (this should have the seaweed be sandwich in between pieces of rice paper) use you hands to gently press down.
- Fold it in half and brush or spray both sides with avocado oil.
- Cut into strips with a sharp knife and place pieces into an air fryer, make sure the pieces aren't touching each other and air fry at 400F for 4 minutes or until perfectly crispy. Remove from air fryer onto a plate or cooling wire rack.
- Top with seasonings of choice and enjoy!
