To a large cup, add water, lime (or lemon) juice, maple syrup and grated ginger mix until well combined.
Then add in chia seeds and give stir it up well with a spoon or straw until the chia seeds are well seperated.
Allow the drink to sit for 15-20 minutes before enjoying. This allows the chia seeds to gelatinize (aka absorb all the liquid) making them amazing for digestion!
