To a clean container or mason jar, add all your ingredients.
Use the back of a spoon to gentle press down for about a minute on the strawberry tops (this allows some of the juice from the strawberry to be released)
Close the lid and shake it up.
Enjoy the vinaigrette immediately on a salad or refrigerate overnight (or for 24 hours).
Once refrigerated the strawberry tops will change their taste and texture and are an absolutely delicious addition to your salad, etc!
