1largejalapeno pepper, halveddeseed to remove heat (leave a little in for some spice, this vary depending on the ripeness of the jalapeño)

Ingredients to add to blender after roasting
2limes, juice
1/2orange, juiced
2tspchili powder
1/2cupcilantro
1/2tspflakey salt
Optional
1/2mango, finely diced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F.
Onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add tomatoes, mango, onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, avocado oil and flakey salt. Use your hands to rub the avocado oil on.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Place roasted ingredients into a blender. Add in lime juice, orange juice, chili powder, cilantro, flakey salt and blend until texture it slightly chunky.
Place into a serving bowl. Optionally, add in 1/2 finely diced mango and mix.
