1 15 oz.cancoconut cream, chilled overnight thick part only
1/3cupcacao or carob powder
2 1/2tbspcashew butter
4tbspmaple syrup
1/2tspcardamom
1tbspdandy blend
1tspvanilla extract
2dropsorange essential oil (optional)food grade, I used DoTerra brand
pinch of flakey salt
Instructions
Peel, half and remove seeds of 4-5 oranges. Place in freezer bag or container and freeze for at least 5 hours.
For the orange peel cups: Slice off the top of the orange and use a large spoon to remove all juices and interior flesh. (how to video on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok). Freeze hallowed out oranges for several hours as well.
Once oranges are frozen, remove from freezer and allow to thaw for 10 minutes. Then add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Scoop into frozen orange cups or pour into airtight container to freeze for at least 1-2 hours before enjoying. You can freeze for up to 5 days before thawing for about 15-20 minutes before enjoying!
