Vegan Cilantro Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup cashews I used unsalted roasted but you can use raw as well
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp stoneground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup dill fresh (you can sub with 2 tsp dried dill)
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1 small handful cilantro can sub with parsley or extra dill

Instructions
 

  • To a high speed blender, add your ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • If you aren't using a high speed blender, soak your cashews in hot water for 20-30 minutes prior. Drain the soaking liquid before adding to the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Store in an airtight container refridgerated for up to 3 days.
