2/3cupcashewsI used unsalted roasted but you can use raw as well
1cupwater
1 tbsplemon juice
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1tspcoconut aminos
1tspmaple syrup
1tspstoneground mustard
1/4tspsea salt
1/4cupdillfresh (you can sub with 2 tsp dried dill)
1/4cupchives
1small handfulcilantrocan sub with parsley or extra dill
Instructions
To a high speed blender, add your ingredients and blend until smooth.
If you aren't using a high speed blender, soak your cashews in hot water for 20-30 minutes prior. Drain the soaking liquid before adding to the blender and blend until smooth.
Store in an airtight container refridgerated for up to 3 days.
