Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup shelled hemp hearts brand linked above
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 4 tbsp plant based milk use oat or soy for nut free option
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp stoneground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Additional herbs

  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a personal blender and blend until smooth (except for chives and dill).
  • Then add in chives and dill (sub for 1 tsp each of dried herbs)
  • You can also double or triple this recipe and make it in a regular blender.
    Store in an airtight container in the fridge for several days.
