My new favorite dish, together with quinoa, is so, so delicious! The dates and the tahini sauce go so well together.

    • ah so happy to hear!! It’s one of my favorite go-tos as well, I make about once a week 🙂

Made the cauliflower tonight. I added half a block of silken tofu to the sauce to increase the protein…and increased the spices a little to compensate. Delicious!

    • Awesome to hear! SO glad you enjoyed the recipe 🙂 I try to make once a week with quinoa.

  4. We are sos free. Can we make the marinade without oil? Substitute with water or broth or omit entirely?

Thank you for the recipe and your guidance.

    • yes! this can made without oil…I would add some extra maple syrup in lieu of oil if you do refined-sugar free sweeteners. Alternatively, you can cut into florets before making this recipe and even steam or boil briefly before adding the marinade and cooking and will cook up beautifully in the oven 🙂 enjoy!
