This hormone balancing arugula salad with rosemary tahini sauce is one I love to make ALL the time!
I have a salad for lunch most days but now that it is officially Fall I like to incorporate more root vegetables like sweet potatoes and herbs like rosemary and thyme!
These are not only delicious additions in salads but help to boost the immune system as well.
Hormone health is complex, however our diet and lifestyle can have a big impact on our hormones. Incorporating more of these foods and focusing on a whole food plant based diet has made a big difference for me and my overall health.
This salad is light yet filling. It is customizable if you want to change any of the veggies or add another protein option to it!
