Corn Free "Popcorn" aka Makhana

- 3 cups makhana
- 2 tbs vegan butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp turmeric
- sea salt to taste
- To makhana and ½ tbs of vegan butter to saute pan on low.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring around as you go.
- Then add in the rest of the vegan butter, garlic powder, turmeric and sea salt.
- Turn the heat up to low-medium and stir for another 3-5 minutes until slightly golden and crispy.
- Enjoy!
