⅓ cup coconut cream (the hard part of a can of full fat coconut milk refrigerated overnight)
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs of lim juice
1 passionfruit (remove seeds with a spoon-or sub with another tbs of lime juice)
1-2 tbs of water or coconut water (optional: if needed to blend)
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender or a food processor and blend, either using a tamper or stopping as you go to mix and then blending until smooth.
