A tropical smoothie spiced with spices like ginger, turmeric and cardamom as well as a few superfoods added to the mix.

Ingredients
⅓ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled
1 inch piece of turmeric, peeled
1 large frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 tsp chaga powder
¼ tsp cardamom
½ tsp spirulina
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender until smooth. I like a thick smoothie so I use all frozen fruit but it’s optional if all your fruit isn’t frozen. Even if the fruit banana isn’t frozen it will still be a thicker consistency.
I like to top it with shredded coconut or make into a smoothie bowl and enjoy!
