Tropical Green Immunity Smoothie (vegan)
 
 
A tropical smoothie spiced with spices like ginger, turmeric and cardamom as well as a few superfoods added to the mix.

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled
  • 1 inch piece of turmeric, peeled
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tsp chaga powder
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • ½ tsp spirulina
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender until smooth. I like a thick smoothie so I use all frozen fruit but it’s optional if all your fruit isn’t frozen. Even if the fruit banana isn’t frozen it will still be a thicker consistency.
  2. I like to top it with shredded coconut or make into a smoothie bowl and enjoy!
