Vegan Beet Hummus Recipe (Rainbow Toasts)

Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz. can of Chickpeas (drained)
  • 2 tbs of Tahini (or sesame seeds if using a Vitamix, it will puree them)
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1 small Beet (cooked)
  • ½ Lemon (juiced)
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • 2 tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbs of Filter Water
  • 5 Kalamata Olives (optional)
  • Dash of Cumin
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients into blender or cuisinart.
  2. Blend until smooth.
