These peach cobbler dumplings are my new OBSESSION! Wow! They are so easy to make, no baking involved and packed with delicious sweet peach cobbler flavor goodness!
These are made using rice paper which allows them to get nice and crispy on the outside and are completely gluten free.
One of the first things I learned to bake was actually summer cobblers. I love warm cooked fruit paired with cold vanilla ice cream. It’s truly a winning combo!
However it is a little more work and sometimes I really want to skip baking on a hot summer day. These peach cobbler dumplings are the answer to all your dessert dreams!
You can make as many as you like and cook them in minutes in the air fryer, which is a great way to save time and make healthy delicious recipes like these easy peach cobbler dumplings.
What you need for this recipe:
2 ripe peaches (yellow or white peaches work)
coconut sugar
cinnamon
arrowroot starch
rice paper (this is my preferred brand for this recipe)
maple syrup
avocado oil or coconut oil spray
This is optional, but I love to pair this with some dairy free/vegan vanilla ice cream and fresh basil. The flavors and textures are so tasty together!
FAQs
What air fryer do you recommend for this recipe?
I use my power xl for all my air fryer recipes, including this one! It has many functions and I also use it to heat up leftovers on a lower temp like 350F for just a few minutes.
What if I don’t have an air fryer, can I make this recipe?
Yes, if you don’t have an air fryer you can pan fry these as well. Add about 1-2 tbs of avocado oil to a sauté pan with medium-high heat and cook the dumplings on each side for 3-5 minutes or until desired crispy. Place onto a paper towel and allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting in half.

Do you have the nutrient values for these peach cobbler dumplings
Justine Colbert
Hi Maryann, I don’t provide nutrient exact info on recipes (there all made with nutrient dense ingredients however from real foods) but it’s mainly peaches (and a small amount of rice from the paper) and minerals in the unrefined sugars as well as spices. Is there something you’re looking for specifically in your diet?
