Orange Creamsicle Ice Cream
Why I love it:
This is one of my most popular flavors, and for good reason! It’s one of the most nostalgic flavors and the creaminess for a dairy free dessert is truly unparalleled. Plus, you can serve it in the orange shell for a beautiful presentation and is so fun for special occasions as well! Click here to make Orange Creamsicle Ice Cream!
Mango Ice Cream, served in a mango shell
Why I love it:
This is the perfect easy dessert to celebrate mango season! It’s made using only 4 ingredients and has a hint of lime which is the perfect compliment to the mango. I always say that this recipe makes me feel like I’m in a tropical paradise. Mango is also a great naturally sleeping aid and stress reducer so is always high on my list of fruits I want to consume. 🙂 Click here to make Mango Ice Cream
Apple Pie Ice Cream
Why I love it:
Think apple pie al la mode but the whole thing is al la mode. Served in hallowed out apples, of course. This is actually one of the MOST unique recipes I’ve made and I think it’s out of this world delicious. That’s it, just make it 🙂 Click here to make to this Apple Pie Ice Cream!
Strawberry Lemonade Ice Cream
Why I love it:
If you’ve ever had pink lemonade or strawberry lemonade before, you know just how refreshing it is! As someone who loves lemon, just as much as lemon-this is one of my favorite flavor combos! Another recipe using just 4 whole food plant based ingredients and made in minutes! Click here to make Strawberry Lemonade Ice Cream
Strawberry Ice Cream
Why I love it:
Strawberry ice cream is an absolute classic. As I mentioned, it’s one of my favorite flavors. This strawberry ice cream in particular, is made by macerating the berries. Which is a simple process of adding lemon and sugar (unrefined sugar in this case) and mashing the berries first to release their juices. This adds a wonderful depth of flavor the ice cream unlike many store bought brands that doesn’t use fresh strawberries. And don’t worry, it makes a big batch. You can technically, serve it in a strawberry cone if you want to though. 😉 Click here to make Strawberry Ice Cream
Creamy Lemon Sorbet
Why I love it:
This is one of my favorite frozen desserts I’ve made and it is by far the most viral recipe I’ve made. It’s got over 15 million views across social media and I’ve got such amazing feedback. It’s only 3 ingredients and it’s inspired by the lemon sorbet they serve on the Amalfi Coast of Italy. A friend of mine said she saw George Clooney eating one while there 🙂 My version is creamy yet refreshing! Click here to make creamy lemon sorbet!
Tangerine Dreamsicle
Why I love it:
Turns out tangerines make a really delicious ice cream! This recipe is one of the most nostalgic flavors ever. It tastes just like those orange push pops I used to get at the ice cream truck, except more flavorful and healthier! Packed with vitamin C, this is soo luxurious and creamy. Chocolate Orange Cardamom
Why I love it:
Chocolate and orange is one of my favorite combos! Served in an orange which is not only aesthetically pleasing but brings extra orange essence to the flavor. Using all dairy free and refined sugar free ingredients, all you need is your blender to make this! Adding cardamom compliments the chocolate and orange flavors beautifully. Lemon Lavender Ice Cream
Why I love it:
Another viral hit is this beautiful flavor combo! It’s perfectly sweet and has the beautiful aroma of lemon and lavender. It can actually help calm the body and induce a better sleep. Having trouble sleeping? Make some ice cream! Click here to make lemon lavender ice cream!
Vegan Frozen Yogurt (Pinkberry Inspired)
Why I love it:
When you’re just craving frozen yogurt! I grew up with Pinkberry and froyo on every corner but apparently there was a lot of stuff beside just “yogurt” in these frozen yogurt shops. These version is simple and delicious. I love the tart flavor with a bunch of toppings but you can customize it to whatever flavor you like. Click here to make vegan froyo!
Mango Lassi Popsicles:
Why I love it:
Sometimes you just need popsicles in the fridge! On a hot summer day or when you need a little something sweet in your day. Inspired by my favorite Indian drink, these only have 3 ingredients and are so delicious. Plus, mango is great before bed to help with so sleep so why not have a yummy low cal dessert before bed?
Cantaloupe Rose Sorbet
Why I love it:
With only 3 ingredients this recipe is so delicious and SO CREAMY it’s really a no brainer. Melon is incredibly hydrating and packed with electrolytes. The rose brings this recipe to the next level, inspired by Persian flavors. If you’ve never had rose ice cream, you’re in for a real treat. Plus you get to serve it in a melon rind 🙂 Click here for the recipe.
