These bagels are actually made with just 3 ingredients and happen to be vegan, gluten free, grain free and an option to be nut free! As someone who has been gluten free and vegan for years but also prefers not to consume grains all the time, I felt like there was really a lack of bagel recipes that ticked all these boxes. The only recipes I had known took a lot more time and effort. I knew that you could make bagels without the yeast and the time allowing it to rise but I hadn’t seen anything making a whole food plant based recipe so I set out to make these!…

My take on Gordon Ramsay’s VEGAN BLT (gluten free, soy free)

I made some of my own creative tweaks to the recipe, subbing reg lettuce for arugula, adding stoneground mustard to pair with the “bacon”, as well as making it both soy free and gluten free!…
Vegan “Chicken” N Waffle Sandwich (gluten free, air fried)
Chicken and waffles was a comfort food I enjoyed eating back when I consumed animal products so I had to veganize it using whole food plant based ingredients. And I’m SO glad I did! I love the combination of textures this dish provides with the crisp of “chicken” to the softness of the waffle. As well as a flavor combination of sweet and salty is a real winner….
Vegan Hot Honey
Hot honey is such a delicious condiment to so many things! I wanted to make a honey free option that still emulated the flavor and texture of honey.
Using only 2 ingredients it’s incredibly easy to make! It’s the perfect combination of the sweet and savory and has the same exact texture in regular honey. You can double or triple the recipe depending on how much you want to make in a batch. This stuff is definitely a crowd pleaser and a favorite addition to my vegan “chicken” and waffle sandwich!…
